Scotty Dynamo Mourns Loss of Husband Mike Heslin
Mike Heslin’s grieving spouse described him as “brilliant, selfless, talented, and a real-life guardian angel,” and revealed that Heslin passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 2, due to a sudden cardiac event after a week-long hospital battle. Dynamo expressed disbelief as Heslin was young, in good health, and doctors could not provide an explanation for the tragedy.
Dynamo shared a series of photos on Instagram, including recent solo portraits of Heslin, their wedding pictures, and childhood photos. He remembered how Heslin supported him through battles with cancer and described him as someone everyone turned to for good news and advice. Heslin, Dynamo said, was incredibly kind and loving, and meeting him was life-changing. They were nearing Heslin’s birthday, their first anniversary, and had been discussing starting a family and baby names. Dynamo ended his heartfelt tribute with a quote from Shania Twain: “I’ll love you ‘forever and for always.'”
