How Much Fuel Does the Freedom 125 Hold?
The bike has a CNG tank that holds 2 kilograms and a petrol tank that holds 2 liters. The CNG tank fits inside the bike’s frame, and both tanks can be filled through a single flap on top of the fuel tank.
Freedom 125: How Heavy Is It?
It has a total weight of 149kg, which is 18kg heavier than the Bajaj CT125X. Bajaj claims the CNG tank weighs 16kg when empty and 18kg when filled with gas.
What are the dimensions of the Freedom 125?
Bajaj’s CNG bike has a wheelbase of 1,340mm, which is 55mm longer than the CT125X. It has the longest seat in its category at 785mm, and its seat height of 825mm is 15mm higher than the CT125X’s. With a ground clearance of 170mm, it can handle rough roads quite well.
What engine does it get; fuel efficiency of the Freedom 125?
The Freedom 125 runs on a brand-new air-cooled, 125cc single-cylinder ‘sloper’ engine. This engine can use both CNG and petrol fuels. It produces 9.5 horsepower at 8,000rpm and 9.7Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. Bajaj estimates it can travel about 330 kilometers on a full tank. When using CNG, it can go about 102 kilometers per kilogram, and with petrol, it achieves around 65 kilometers per liter. Stay tuned for our upcoming review of the Freedom 125.
