Luis Suarez scored a stunning brace for Inter Miami in a 2-0 win over FC Cincinnati.

Suarez’s goals came just 32 seconds and 5 minutes into the match.

The win secured Inter Miami’s berth in the MLS playoffs.

Lionel Messi, currently injured, watched the match and was visibly impressed by Suarez.

Messi has not played since the Copa America 2024 final but is expected to return before the playoffs.

Earlier in July, FC Cincinnati had defeated Miami 6-1, motivating the revenge match.

Suarez’s first goal was set up by Yannick Bright and Marcelona Weigandt.

His second goal resulted from a link-up with Rojas.

Despite a substitution of MVP Luciano Acosta, Cincinnati couldn’t break Miami’s defense.

Miami head coach Tata Martino mentioned Messi’s return is planned before the regular season ends.
