CBSE Result 2024:The CBSE is expected to announce the 10th and 12th results after May 20, as per the official results portal of the Board. 38 lakh students of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) are waiting for their board result. The board said that it has also stopped the “Distinction” category given to students who have scored more than 90% marks. It will not calculate the overall percentage of marks for any student. If the percentage of of marks in 10th or 12th or both classes is necessary for any higher education or job, then it’s calculation will be done by the admission institute or the employer.
CBSE Result 2024: Passing Criteria (10th)
To pass the 10th exam, students will have to secure at least 33 percent marks in each subject. Students must pass separately in practical as well as theory exams.

CBSE Result 2024: No merit or topper list in 2024
“CBSE will refrain from releasing toppers’ lists for Class 10 and Class 12 this year“. Board won’t announce merit list this year this is officially announced by CBSE. Last year, the CBSE board did not release the CBSE 12th Result 2023 toppers list to prevent unhealthy competition among students. The board awarded merit certificates to the 0.1 per cent students who scored highest marks in subjects. Students can check the CBSE 12th toppers who managed to score above 90 percent.

Central Board of Secondary Education has uploaded the CBSE Date Sheet 2024 PDF for both Class 12th and Class 10th. All the Class 10th and Class 12th students of stream science, commerce, and humanities preparing for the annual examination, can now check the date sheet PDF at www.cbse.gov.in. The PDF comprises all the details like exam day, exam date, subject code, exam timing & more. The conduction of annual examination will take place on February 15, 2024.
