In this hurricane season as the graphic says there’s the headline”This is serious”. Tropical Storm Beryl chugged toward the southeast Caribbean on Saturday and could strengthen into year’s first hurricane.
And maybe it can affect Jamaica and possibly the Cayman islands. From the graphics it may look small but it is being forecasted to become a major hurricane. It is being predicted by Hurricane tracker that it can impact Eastern Caribbean and we need to be very active about every mode it is taking.
While looking at the National Hurricane updates here we clearly observe that we still have 94L over Yucatan right now showers, thunderstorms and heavy rain so there there is possibility of it turning out to a major impacting hurricane.
The most recent updates are showing 65 miles per hour wind and the pressure 998 and that’s not very low but the background pressures are pretty high and not normal.
Intensifying hurricanes can bring quite a punch with downburst wind. so people from Barbados to St Lucia and may be all the way to Tobago, everybody in this potential area needs to be getting ready for potential tropical storms and hurricane impacts.
