So, let’s find out what happens in the beginning of Mirzapur Season 3. It starts with Munna Bhaiya’s final rites, performed by his wife, i.e., the new CM Madhuri, along with Guddu, aiming to end Mirzapur’s violence. After killing Rama Kanchan Pandit, they surrender and, when going back to jail, Guddu tries to persuade him to join him in deceit but refuses, asking Sharad for support after Madhuri. Mama and Timpi also refuse to go with Guddu, but Madhuri freely hands over the IG to kill Guddu, which is about to become the main election issue in Purvanchal, and Cat is asking Golu to join him on the other side,
After this, Sharat goes to his secret area where Kaleen Bhaiya’s treatment is going on. IG now sends a man named Balmiki to Mirzapur. Meanwhile, Dadhya Tyagi also comes to meet Kaleen Bhaiya and then talks to Sharad. He wants to know why he is protecting his biggest enemy.
Kaleen Bhaiya now lets Balmiki leave his man and Guddu starts to increase his business here. In jail, we see that Lala is still trapped by Guddu’s threat. Now Guddu and Golu are also thinking about expanding their business beyond Afim. Sharad goes to meet Lala in jail and talks about business with him and demands a deal in return.

Golu is now searching for JP Yadav and Guddu is now involved in Mr. Purvanchal’s competition and this is all Balmiki’s plan. Balmiki attacks Guddu but Golu saves him at the right time and Guddu traps a man to save Balmiki’s memory. Robin now goes to jail to convince Ramakant to fight his case but he still refuses.
On the other hand, Kalin Bhaiya also gets angry and Bharat Tyagi now calls Guddu and encourages him to accept. Now Guddu calls a dealer for Afim and tells him about a location for Anita’s cache. Madhuri now meets Sharad and Sharad talks about releasing Lala from jail.
Madhuri refuses to listen to him and tells him another way and gives him the news of Munna’s opium field, demanding five crores. Golu now starts tracking Sharad and finds out that he is more involved in Bihar. Sharad calls Lala and tells him that he could not get him to lash out but offers another business offer. They are now fighting Ramakan in this case, but IG enters the case and on Madhuri’s saying, IG gives evidence.
On another site, Lala’s daughter Shabnam goes to meet him and becomes acquainted with Sharad. Lala gives Shabnam a letter related to networks, and Shabnam now goes to meet Ujju, who informs her about Sharad’s offer. The drugs come from Nepal through the river, but the police catch a shipment. With Joshi’s help, the drugs reach Ballia. In jail, Lala asks Ramakan to write a bail application, but Ramakan demands a confession instead. In Lucknow, Madhuri transfers many police officers to build her power network with Solanki.
Big Tyagi has Golu captive somewhere. Madhuri calls Zarina and asks about JP, who is hiding in Banaras. In jail, a twist happens when Rahin, a prisoner, attacks Lala with a pencil on Sharad’s orders.
Golu finds out that Shatrugan, known as Small Tyagi, is pretending to be Big Tyagi. Pina calls Anand to rescue her from Guddu’s clutches and also calls Sharad’s mother, Shakuntala. Sharad starts suspecting Big Tyagi and confronts him about Golu’s kidnapping, which Shatrugan denies.
Kaleen Bhaiya realizes that Sharad made a mistake by killing Lala because Guddu has become more powerful. Kaleen Bhaiya calls for a meeting in Jaunpur with all the strongmen to decide how to divide Mirzapur and Jaunpur among themselves.
Grittu agrees and leaves after threatening everyone. Then, Golusi asks Shurubdhana if she loves Grittu. She says yes, and he gives her a fake gift and pretends to throw it away. But this didn’t really happen, as we will find out later.
Choti returns home with a burnt hand and expresses his love for Saloni for the first time. Goluu’s burnt body is found by Guddu, who is heartbroken. Goluu’s father, Parshuram, shoots himself out of grief.
Sharath goes to meet Madhuri and asks her to take action against Guddu. Guddu visits his father, who tells him to do whatever it takes to survive. Guddu gathers an army to go to Jaunpur.
The IG comes to meet Guddu and arranges a call with Madhuri. She offers to release Bina and Lala in exchange for hanging Ramakant, but Guddu rejects the offer. Madhuri then gets the judge involved.
Saloni follows Choti Tyagi to a place where she finds Guddu alive. Guddu reveals that he is actually Choti Tyagi, not the older one. Choti Tyagi then locks up Saloni and takes her away.
In court, just as the judge is about to sentence Ramakant to death, Robin (Radhe Shyam) presents evidence of Guddu’s crimes, delaying the case. That night, Guddu confronts Robin about giving evidence against his father. In anger, Guddu kills Robin.
Shatravan (Choti Tyagi) packs Saloni’s things and tells his mother the truth. Goluu also reveals everything to Saloni.
Golu frees herself with Saloni’s help. The police arrest Guddu for Robin’s murder. After this Zarina goes to Lucknow with her children. Sharad comes to Lucknow and Madhuri tells him that Guddu is in custody. JP calls Zarina.
Meanwhile, Chhoti comes to the bunker and sends Saloni out. Golu cuts Saloni’s vein and runs away. In the jail, the prisoners attack Guddu, but he kills them. A prisoner beats him badly and leaves him half dead.
Dimpy’s father tells that Sharad was behind the CM’s murder and also gives evidence. Golu returns to Mirzapur to get all the updates and meets JP Yadav. She tells that the solution to all the problems is Guddu, who is currently in jail.
Dimpy goes to Madhuri with the proof. Madhuri calls Sharad and wants to know the truth. Sharad tells that Kaleen Bhaiya is alive. Madhuri wants him to introduce her to Kaleen Bhaiya.
JP meets Home Minister Solanki and tells him that there is a Baahubali with him. Then he calls Golu and plans to topple the government.
Sharad goes home and talks to Kaleen Bhaiya. Kaleen Bhaiya says they will have a meeting and assures Sharad of his full support. When Kaleen Bhaiya learns that Madhuri knows he is alive, he tells Sharad that she is not trustworthy. Then, Kaleen Bhaiya meets Madhuri.
After meeting, Madhuri tells Kaleen Bhaiya that his family, Beena and Lala, are in her custody. She says he must do whatever she wants. In Prayagraj, there is another meeting where Munna says with Western support, Purvanchal’s power will rise. At this moment, Kaleen Bhaiya enters.
Kaleen Bhaiya then gives control of Purvanchal to Sharad and makes him the King of Mirzapur. In a post-credit scene, we see Beena Tripathi remembering Maqbool. This is what happens at the end of Season 3.
