The Bozhi 3X electric SUV, which was developed in partnership with Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC), is scheduled to be released by the Japanese carmaker in 2025. The device will come equipped with advanced autonomous features and is expected to offer high-end Level 2 functionality, comparable in quality to Tesla’s FSD.
The autonomous system, as stated by GAC Toyota, will provide advanced driving guidance on the roads, in cities, and while parking spots. Toyota is collaborating with Momenta Global, its technology partner and long-time Mercedes-Benz client, to develop this system.

Toyota‘s Hydrogen Fuel Cell Hilux Project is in the final stages of demonstration operation, and Huawei is collaborating with Toyota to develop in-vehicle operating software that includes autonomous driving capabilities for a new electric sedan that will be launched in China in 2025.
