Unmanned Systems Forces
The President of Ukraine made this decision of this Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Current Status-In effect since February 6, 2024. These were created to improve Ukraine’s work with drones, creating special drone-specific units. This involves air, sea,and ground unmanned and robotic systems.
Deputy chief commander of Ukraine’s Armed Forces appointed commander of new Unmanned Systems Forces on June 10, the General staff reported. He is responsible for the unmanned systems and the development of their usage on Ukraine’s battlefield.
Drones-unmanned systems-have proven their effectiveness in battles on land, in the sky and at sea. Ukraine has truly changed the security situation in the Black Sea with the help of drones-stated by Zelenskyy.
