Travel + Leisure has announced the winners of its 2024 World’s Best Awards, showcasing the top travel destinations and organizations worldwide. Now in its 29th year, the awards highlight the changing trends in global travel and feature popular destinations that are capturing the interest of modern travelers. The 2024 World’s Best Awards from Travel + Leisure cover 125 categories, revealing surprises and milestones. JSX emerges as the new top domestic airline, iGA Istanbul Airport ranks Best International Airport, and Singapore Airlines leads Best International Airlines again. Charleston, SC remains the top U.S. city for the 12th year in a row.
In the 2024 World’s Best Awards, San Miguel de Allende, Udaipur, and Kyoto are recognized as the top cities worldwide. The Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur is honored as the world’s best hotel. In the U.S., Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is named the best domestic airport. The Golden Isles remains the top island in the continental U.S. The Pendry Newport Beach is recognized as the best city hotel, and Mission Pacific Beach Resort as the top resort in the continental U.S. Other top city and resort hotels include those in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Las Vegas, and Miami.
